Amazon Brand Registry Review & Pricing (2026)
Amazon Brand Registry
Amazon Brand Registry is a first-party Amazon program rather than a third-party product. Enrollment is free and requires a brand name and logo permanently affixed to products or packaging, plus a registered or pending trademark issued by a government trademark office in a country with a corresponding Amazon store. The applicant must be the trademark owner, and a single global account can hold trademarks for several countries.
For sellers, Brand Registry is the gate to most brand features on Amazon, including A+ Content, Vine, Brand Stores, Sponsored Brands, Brand Analytics, Transparency, and Project Zero. It is also the route for reporting suspected intellectual property infringement. Brands that do not yet sell on Amazon can still enroll. Sellers without a trademark cannot enroll until one is filed, which adds lead time to a brand launch.
