Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) Review & Pricing (2026)
Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF)
Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, usually shortened to MCF, is a first-party fulfillment service that picks, packs, and ships orders placed on channels other than Amazon using a seller's existing Amazon fulfillment center inventory. Orders from a brand website, another marketplace, or a social commerce platform draw from the same stock that serves FBA. Existing Seller Central users do not need a separate enrollment, contract, or minimum volume commitment to begin using it.
MCF sits in the order fulfillment layer of a multi-channel operation and is most relevant to sellers who already hold inventory in FBA. Orders ship in unbranded packaging by default, and sellers can exclude Amazon Logistics as a carrier where a destination marketplace requires it. Amazon does not provide customer service for MCF orders, so the seller handles delivery inquiries, refunds, and returns. Underlying FBA storage and removal fees still apply to the inventory.
