ChannelReply Review & Pricing (2026)
ChannelReply
ChannelReply connects ecommerce marketplaces to third-party helpdesk software so that buyer messages from multiple channels arrive as tickets in one interface. It pulls messages and order data from marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, and Newegg into helpdesks such as Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, Help Scout, Re:amaze, Zoho Desk, and Kustomer. Replies sent from the helpdesk are delivered through the marketplace messaging system.
ChannelReply has no standalone interface of its own, so it assumes a seller already runs a helpdesk or is willing to buy one. It suits multichannel sellers consolidating support rather than single-channel sellers, who may find a marketplace inbox sufficient. Plans are metered by message volume rather than seats, and each plan includes one helpdesk connection, so teams running more than one helpdesk should confirm how that is priced.
