OFX Review & Pricing (2026)

OFX is an international payments and business account platform run by OFX Group, an ASX-listed money transfer company operating since 1998. Its Global Business Account holds funds in more than 30 currencies, receives with local account details in USD, GBP, EUR and CAD, pays into more than 180 countries, and issues corporate cards with spend controls.

For Amazon sellers, OFX sits on the supplier payment and treasury side of the workflow rather than the marketplace payout side. It is used to pay manufacturers and freight forwarders in local currency, hedge inventory costs with forward contracts and limit orders, and reconcile into QuickBooks Online or Xero. The Global Currency Account that OFX previously offered to ecommerce and online seller clients is no longer available to new customers, so sellers seeking an Amazon disbursement account should confirm current availability directly.

Considerations
The Global Currency Account is no longer available to new business and ecommerce clients, so it is not a route to collecting Amazon marketplace payouts.
No marketplace integrations are listed, so Amazon, Walmart and Shopify sales data does not flow into the platform.
Local receiving account details are limited to USD, GBP, EUR and CAD, despite payment coverage in more than 30 currencies.
The FX margin applied on currency conversion is not published, and volume-based FX pricing requires a quote.
Control Hub, spend management, accounts payable automation and two-way accounting sync are limited to the Full Suite plan or above.
Cross border SWIFT payments carry a flat $20 per transaction fee on both the free and Full Suite plans.
OFX Group entered a transaction process deed in July 2026 for a proposed all-cash acquisition by the owner of Equals Group, and teams should confirm the outcome before committing to a long-term setup.
Custom tier pricing for larger user counts or transaction volumes is not published.
