ShipBob Review & Pricing (2026)

ShipBob is a third-party logistics provider rather than a software subscription. It operates a network of fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe, and handles receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping on behalf of merchants. Its merchant dashboard, integrations, and analytics are included at no separate cost, and pricing is quoted per account.

For Amazon sellers, ShipBob covers Fulfilled by Merchant orders and direct-to-consumer channels alongside Amazon. It does not fulfill FBA or Seller Fulfilled Prime orders, so sellers who need the Prime badge on merchant-fulfilled listings will need a different provider. Amazon ended FBA prep and labeling in the US store on 1 January 2026, which moved that work to sellers or outside providers.

The company states its dashboard and turnkey integrations are free for all fulfillment customers.
Negotiated Carrier Rates

Standard Packing Supplies
Plain boxes, poly mailers, bubble mailers, tape, dunnage, and shipping labels are supplied at no charge.
Strengths
Pricing quotes cover implementation, receiving, warehousing, and pick, pack, and ship in one structure.
International shipping reaches more than 250 destinations, with quotes available on request.
Fulfillment centers have on-site customer support staff at each location.
The software layer, including turnkey integrations, is included rather than billed separately.
Merchants can expand into additional fulfillment centers without a separate platform fee.
Considerations
ShipBob does not fulfill Seller Fulfilled Prime or FBA orders, which matters for Amazon sellers who want the Prime badge on their own listings.
All pricing is quoted per account, so there is no published rate card to compare before speaking with sales.
Shipping costs vary by weight, dimensions, destination, and service level, so a quoted total depends on the specific order profile.
Kitting, B2B and EDI orders, and returns processing are billed as additional services rather than included in base fulfillment.
ShipBob WMS is quoted separately from fulfillment and is limited to US-based warehouses.
Sellers who also run FBA need a separate prep path, since Amazon ended US FBA prep and labeling services on 1 January 2026.
