QuickBooks Online is cloud accounting software from Intuit, sold as a monthly subscription in four US small business tiers: Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, and Advanced. It is general ledger software rather than an Amazon-specific tool. Plus is the first tier that includes inventory tracking, project profitability, and class and location tracking, which is why product sellers often start there.

FBA sellers rarely connect Amazon to QuickBooks directly. The common pattern is a settlement summary app such as A2X or Link My Books, both listed in the QuickBooks App Store, which posts each Amazon payout as a summarised entry that reconciles to the bank deposit. Without that layer, Amazon fees, refunds, reserves, and reimbursements are difficult to separate in the ledger, so budget for the connector alongside the QuickBooks plan.

Plus supports up to 40 classes and locations, and Advanced removes the cap.
App Marketplace
The QuickBooks App Store lists ecommerce connectors including A2X and Link My Books.
Reporting by Tier
Report sets expand with each plan, with inventory and profitability reports at Plus and custom management reporting at Advanced.
No Annual Contract
Intuit states plans can be switched or cancelled at any time.

Considerations
QuickBooks does not post Amazon settlements in a reconcilable form on its own, so most FBA sellers add a settlement summary connector.
That connector is a separate subscription on top of the QuickBooks plan.
Inventory tracking starts at the Plus tier, so product sellers usually cannot stay on Simple Start or Essentials.
